ADAM POTTS
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Adam Potts, deceased, held at Ledford on the 12th day of March 1914.  We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of Adam Potts on oath do find that he came to his death by poison from eating a tablet which we believe from the sympton to have been strychnine.  Jas. ISHAM D WOMACK
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Isham D. Womack, deceased, held at Dorrisville on the 13th day of March 1914.  We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of Isham D. LILLIE COOK
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Lillie Cook, deceased, held at Wasson on the 16th day of March 1914.  We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of Lillie Cook on oath do find that she came to her death by violence inflicted by her own hand from drinking carbolic acid.  Mrs. Theresa Johnson, foreman, Mrs. Philip Crassam(?), Agnes Baker, Mrs. Orpha Keaster, Mrs. Mattie Mitchell, Mrs. Sarah Whittaker.

In the matter of the inquisition on the body of H. M. Aaron deceased, held at Harrisburg, IL, on the 16th day of March 1914.  We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of H. M. JOHN ROBERTS
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of John Roberts deceased, held at Carrier Mills, IL. on the 19th day of March.  We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of John Roberts on oath do find that he came to his death by accident shot of pistol from the hands of Lula Hutson, and we recommend that she be released.  H. WALTER LOGSTON
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Walter Logston deceased, held at Eldorado, IL, on the 20th day of March 1914.  We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of Walter Logston on oath do find that he came to his death by falling slate in 10 mine of the O'Gara Coal Co., at Eldorado, IL, and we further find that his was an accidental death.  C. JERRY REYNOLDS
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Jerry Reynolds deceased, held at Carrier Mills on the 24th day of March 1914.  We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of Jerry Reynolds on oath do find that he came to his death by falling slate in No. 7 mines of the O'Gara Coal Co.  on or about the 3rd day of Feb. 1914, from which he died March 22, 1914.  Frank Hancock, foreman, W. SIEGEL ALLEN
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Siegel Allen, deceased, held at Harrisburg, IL, on the 28th day of March 1914.  We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire  of the death of Siegel Allen on oath do find that he came to his death by falling slate in No. 4 Mines of the O'Gara Coal Company and we further find that his death was accidental and unavoidable.  J. ENOCH PATULUS
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Enoch Patulus deceased, held at Harrisburg on the 6th day of April 1914.  We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of Enoch Patulus on oath do find that he came to his death by an injury caused y the fall of slate in Saline County Coal company's mine No.  2 on February 5, 1914, which was an accident caused by his own negligence.  W. WALTER E. TODD
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Walter E. Todd, held at Harrisburg on the 16th day of April 1914.  We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of Walter E. Todd on oath do find that he came to his death by violence from the hands of Nerge Butler by a gun shot wound and we recommend that the said Nerge Butler be exhonerated from guilt.  J. T. WILL BLOCK
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Will Block deceased, held at Harrisburg on the 19th day of April 1914.  We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of Will Block on oath do find that he came to his death by violence from a gun shot wound from the hands of Ollie Zimmerman and we recommend that the said Ollie Zimmerman be held without bail.  E. ALEX STEWART

RAYMOND HUDGINS
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Raymond Hudgins, deceased, held at Ledford on the 28th day of April 1914.  We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of Raymond Hudgins on oath do find that he came to his death by natural causes due to heart falure (endocarditis).  James Lewis, foreman, Freeman Middleton, Mark Sweat, Fred Feazel, Rudolph Cox.


WILLIAM HANCOCK
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of William Hancock, deceased, held at Harrisburg, on the tenth day of May 1914.  We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of Wm. Hancock on oath do find that he came to his death by violence inflicted by three gun shot wounds from the hands of Carrie Hancock and we recommend that she, the said Carrie Hancock, be held for bail, awaiting the action of the grand jury.  Z. SARAH JOHNSON
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Sarah Johnson deceased, held at Raleigh, IL, on the 23rd day of May 1914.  We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of Sarah Johnson on oath do find that she came to her death by natural cause due to apoplexy. In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Richard Hicks, deceased, held at Harrisburg, on the 27th day of May 1914. In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Ben Woods deceased, held at Harrisburg on the fifth day of June 1914. We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of Ben Woods on oath do find that he came to his death from unavoidable complications arising after an operation for rupture. I. E. WALTER SIMON BUCKNER
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Walter Simon Buckner deceased, held at Harrisburg, Ill., on the eleventh day of June 1914. We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of Walter Simon Buckner on oath do find that he came to his death by violence due to poison by drinking wood alcohol. C. E. MARY A KILLGORE
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Mary A. Killgore, deceased, held at Eldorado on the 22nd day of June 1914. We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of Mary A. Killgore on oath do find that she came to her death by accidently being thrown from a wagon producing two skull (?) from which she died 32 hours later. Lee Wilson, T. D. Morris, W. C. Trusty, W. R. In the matter of the inquisition on the body of an unnamed infant deceased, held at Harrisburg, on the 22nd day of June 1914. ELEPHOIS RAMSEY
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Elephois Ramsey deceased, held at Galatia on the 27th day of June 1914. We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of Elephois Ramsey on oath do find that she came to her death by natural cause due to a paralytic state on the 26th day of June 1914, at her home in Glatia, Ill. AUGUST LAKATON
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of August Lakaton deceased, held at Harrisburg on the 30th day of June 1914. We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of August Lakaton on oath do find that he came to his death by violence from the hands of Fannie Matthew by a gun shot wound in the legs at Muddy on the night of June 27th 1914, from which he died June 30th 1914. In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Sarah A. Denney deceased, held at Hancock Cemetery on the 1st day of July 1914. We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of Sarah A. LOUISA E. DUNCAN
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Louisa E. Duncan deceased, held at Pankeyville, on the 7th day of July 1914. We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of Louisa E. JAMES REYNOLDS (COL)
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of James Reynolds deceased, held at Harrisburg on the 13th day of July 1914. MOLLIE J. HANCOCK
In the matter of the inqusition on the body of Mollie J. Hancock, deceased, held at Harrisburg on the 15th day of July 1914. We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of Mollie J. Hancock on oath do find that she came to her death by accident due to a fracture of the skull caused from a fall from the first to the basement causing the injury stated above described. Harry B. W. R. HUTCHISON
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of W. R. Hutchison deceased, held at Harrisburg, on the 20th day of July 1914. We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire on the death of W. R. Hutchison on oath do find that he came to his death by accidentally being shot by Geo. Dunning from which he died of tetanus 3 weeks later at the Harrisburg Sanitarium on the 19th day of July 1914. WILLIAM HENRY WISE
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of William Henry Wise, deceased, held 2 1/2 miles South of Harrisburg on the 28th day of July 1914. We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of Wm. H. Wise on oath do find that he came to his death by natural cause due to an apopectic stroke. John W. Ingram, foreman, A. J. THOMAS OSTRAN
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Thomas Ostran deceased, held at Harrisburg on the seventh day of August 1914. WE, the undersigned, jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of Thomas Ostran on oath do find that he came to his death by accident by being run over by a Big Four switch engine in the South yards of the C. D. C. & S. L. R. R. Ry. at Harrisburg, Ill. J. B. Hetherington, foreman, Ed Hensley, Orville Simms, H. B. Davenport.


JOHN DAWSON
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of John Dawson, deceased, held at Mitchellville on the 9th day of August 1914. We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of John Dawson on oath do find that he came to his death by accident in a runaway being drug to death by a mule. MOSES LAVENDER (Tavender?)
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Moses Lavender deceased, held in Independence TS (township) on the 28th day of August 1914. We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of M. Lavender on oath do find that he came to his death by accidental and natural cause due to injury sustained August 20, 1914, in which his left thigh was broken. T. S. DENNIS ALLEN
In the matter of the inquisistion on the body of Dennis Allen deceased, held in Harrisburg on the 17th day of September 1914. We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of Dennis Allen on oath do find that he came to his death by a fall of slate in Wasson Mine #2, Carrier Mills, Ill., on Sept 16th 1914. VAN KOKONUS
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Van Kokonus deceased, held at Harrisburg on the 21st day of September 1914. WE, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of Van Kokonus on oath do find that he came to his death by accident following an automobile wreck on the brick road between Muddy and Harrisburg September 18, 1914. In the matter of the inquisition on the body of E. C. Baker deceased, held at Harrisburg, on the 21st day of September 1914. We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of E. C. GEORGE RANKIN
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of George Rankin deceased, held at Eldorado on the 24th day of September 1914. We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of Geo. rankin on oath do find that he came to his death by accident due to falling coal on the 17th day of September 1914, in which he sustained head injuries from which he died on the 20st (?) day of September 1914, at Evansville, Ind. These injuries occurred in O'Gara No. 10 at Eldorado, Ill. Ivy Hill, foreman, T. D. Morris, Fred Bramlet, A. M. Heathman, Alf Lloyd Geo. Bell.


JOHN DOCKERTY
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of John Dockerty deceased, held at (no place listed) on the 30th day of September 1914. We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of John Dockerty on oath do find that he came to his death by fall of rock not being examined by the mine examiner and we further put the blame on the company. KERNNIE SPENCE
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of K. Spence deceased, held at Harrisburg on the 28th day of December 1914. We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of Mr. Spence on oath do find that he came to his death by cause unknown--probably by freezing. L. Cook, foreman, R. Davis, J. S. FRED REINHOLT
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Fred Reinholt deceased, held at Harrisburg on the 26th day of December 1914. We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of Fred Reinholt on oath do find that he came to his death by a gunshot wound from the hands of Lennie Womack and we recommend that he the said Lennie Womack be held without bail awaiting the action of the grand jury. HERMAN E. CHAVOUS
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Herman E. Chavous deceased, held at Stone Fort township on the 9th day of December 1914. We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of H. E. Chavous on oath do find that he came to his death by a gun shot wound in the left breast delivered from the hand of Lucy A. AMANDA RUTHERFORD
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Amanda Rutherford deceased, held at Harrisburg on the 7th day of December 1914. We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of A. F. RESSIE ARTHUR EDWARDS
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Ressie Arthur Edwards deceased, held at Eldorado on the 28th day of November 1914. We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of R. A. Edwards on oath do find that he came to his death by being caught between a coal car and the rib, the car having jumped the track at the switch on the main entry in O'Gara Mine No. 8 on the 26th day of November 1914 from which he died the same day. JOHN PANKEY
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of John Pankey deceased, held at Gaskins City on the23rd day of November 1914. We, the undersigned, Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of John Pankey on oath do find that he came to his death by natural cause due to an abscess of right knee. John W.
